You can pay for the products you want to order through the Kazimirowa Jewelry & Watches online store in several ways:

  1. Payment by cash on delivery – in cash when picking up the shipment
  2. Payment cards during the purchase process on the website

Cash on Delivery

When picking up a shipment you previously ordered through our website, payment for the order is made exclusively in cash in RSD currency to the courier of our partner courier service Daily Express, who brings you the shipment.

Online payment by payment cards

You can pay for your order with Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Amex or Maestro by payment card. The card must be approved by the issuing bank for online (Internet) payment.

When ordering online, by selecting the appropriate payment method, you will be redirected to the Intesa bank page that is protected and secure for this payment method. Your payment card information is not available to our system for a single moment.

Delivery Methods

Where are the goods delivered? – We deliver the ordered items within the territory of the Republic of Serbia, in all places where delivery and collection by the Daily Express courier service is possible.

Delivery time – After completing the ordering process by clicking the “Confirm” button, you will automatically receive a confirmation email about the successful purchase to your e-mail address, which you registered when filling in the information. This enters your order into the processing and shipping process. You can expect delivery within 5 business days (weekends and public holidays do not count). Only in case of ambiguities or any problems related to your order, you will be contacted by our operator.

Picking up the item – Couriers bring the items to the delivery address between 9am and 5pm from Monday to Friday. During this period, please ensure that there is a person at the address who can pick up the shipment. The courier service provides services and pick-up of packages at gas stations in their ParcelLocker (their message to you explains how the collection at the ParcelLocker functions). When picking up the shipment, it is necessary to visually inspect the package so that there is no visible damage. If you notice that the transport box is significantly damaged and you suspect that the product may be damaged, refuse to accept the shipment and notify us immediately. If the shipment seems undamaged, feel free to pick up the shipment and sign the courier’s address book. The courier tries to deliver each shipment twice. It is common practice that if the courier does not find you at the address, he will call the phone number you provided when creating the purchase order and arrange a new delivery date. If he still does not find you at the address, the shipment will be returned to us. Upon receipt of the shipment, we will contact you to determine the reason for non-delivery and agree on resending.
