– that the sale of goods through the website www.kazimirowa.rs is carried out within the registered activity of the company AVENSA d.o.o. –  that the basic characteristics of the goods can be found on the website www.kazimirowa.rs

– that according to the Law on Consumer Protection (Official Gazette of RS 88/2021) a purchase through our sales website www.kazimirowa.rs is considered a distance selling.

– that the goods sold on the website www.kazimirowa.rs possess the properties necessary for the regular use of that type of goods in accordance with its purpose defined in the Declaration;

– that the conformity of the goods to the contract is EXCLUSIVELY determined according to the properties and purpose of the goods as defined by the relevant Declaration;

– that the selling price of the goods is indicated with each item;

– that the service of delivery of goods is free of charge for all orders.

– we deliver the purchased goods within 5 working days via the Daily Express courier service, as defined herein.

– that the possibility of purchasing goods with special price benefits and/or special sales incentives (promotional sales) is carried out in accordance with the conditions published on the website www.kazimirowa.rs

– that the consumer can pay for the goods purchased on the website www.kazimirowa.rs by cash on delivery, as well as by prominent payment cards at the time of purchase on the website;

– that the consumer assumes the obligation to pay for the ordered goods when creating the purchase order by pressing the CONFIRMATION button;

– in the event of receipt of the goods, the consumer finds that the dimension is not appropriate, the consumer has the right to exchange the item within 14 days for another size, in the manner defined here;

– that in the event of receipt of the goods, the consumer finds that he/she wishes to exchange the item for another item, which may be larger, smaller or of the same price category than previously ordered, the consumer may replace the item within 14 days in the manner defined here;

– that in the event of receipt of the goods, the consumer does not want to keep them, has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the funds in the amount of the paid purchase price for the goods in question, within 14 days in the manner defined here;

– that for goods ordered from the ONLINE store, the consumer has the right to make a complaint about the already used product, in the manner defined for goods purchased from the ONLINE store. You can find the method and procedure for filing a complaint here.
